REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

If your product is not working properly,or you received the product which is not the same with the one you chose before. Please contact with us within 3-5 days after you receive the product. We will ask you to take one video of the faulty product from you, which is followed our request(we will send you a video as a sample, if you need). After the video has been checked and permitted by our factory, we will resend you a brand new product for free as an replacement asap.

Attention: Please open the parcel and check your items in a private place, only after receiving the product and payment. Because the delivery is handled by third party logistic company. Their staff do not know what they are delivering actually. Opening and checking right in front of them before they left will get both of you and us into trouble!
